Deleting your account

In the app

Open Settings, then tap Delete my account and confirm. Everything is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every phone.

If you are the main account of a team that still has other people in it, remove them from the team first, then delete your account.

Without the app

Write to info@maloogroup.net from the phone number on the account, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Every recording you made, from our storage.
• Every transcript, summary, note, follow up, reminder and promise made from them.
• Your Ask AI questions and answers, and any reports you made on them.
• Your voice signature, if you made one.
• Your phones' notification details and your sign-in details.
• If nobody else is left in your account, its contacts and everything the app remembered about them, and the account itself.

What is kept, and why

A short record that an account was deleted, with no name, number or conversation in it, so we can show the request was carried out. Records the law requires, such as payment records where a payment was made, are kept for as long as the law requires and are not linked to your conversations.

If you are part of a company team

Deleting your account removes you from the team and deletes your own conversations. The team's contact list stays with the team.
