Plans bought in the app (Google Play or the App Store)
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. You can request one from Google Play or from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Plans bought on our website
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.
If you were charged twice or charged for a payment that failed, write to us and we refund the extra amount to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
Other refund requests are reviewed case by case. Write to info@maloogroup.net with the phone number on the account and the payment details.
Extra minutes and lifetime plans
Extra minutes and lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are not refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise.
