These terms are an agreement between you and Elite Collection INC. By using Zeto AI you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled.
You must be 18 or over. Zeto AI is for business and professional use. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
You sign in with your phone number. Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. If you join a team, its main accounts can see your conversations.
Laws on recording conversations differ by place, and some require everyone on a call to agree. You are responsible for recording lawfully: for telling the other people and getting their consent where the law requires it. The app does not do this for you.
Do not use Zeto AI to:
Transcripts, summaries, follow ups and Ask AI answers are made by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Check important details, such as amounts, dates and names, against the recording before you rely on them.
You own your recordings, notes and everything made from them. You let us process them only to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. We do not use them to train AI models and we do not sell them.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then Delete my account) or as described on the account deletion page. Your data is then deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.
We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. If we stop the service altogether, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, so you can keep what you need.
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not take away any mandatory protection the law of the place where you live gives you.
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with a new version date, and tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect.
